Scope of work: |

1) Replacement of existing switches for residential houses excluding landed properties and at normal office hours and standard ceiling height |
||||
|
2 )Replacement work to be carried out by BCA registered company and at least Bizsafe level 3 |
||||
|
3) Any rectification work within 3 days are free of charge after date of testing and commissioning |
||||
|
4) Subsequently, replacement work will be charged at a special rate |
||||
|
5) Standard warranty applied for switches or item installed |
||||
|
6) 30% payment in advance, balance on completion of installation |
||||
|
7) Standard GST rate applies. Price quoted are before GST and exclude material charges *Replacement means replacing the new switch with existing old switches. No re-wiring or additional hacking or shifting of the current position. Any modification or re-wiring will be subject to further fees. |
