Delivery Policy

  • Door-step delivery (except bulky items)shall be within Singapore only (Monday to Saturday (before 12pm) excluding Public Holidays), and the following fee table shall apply:
  • Morning (9am to 12pm): S$15.00*
  • Afternoon (12pm to 5pm): S$15.00*

*Delivery will be made 4 Business days after confirmation of order. Any indent item will be informed.

*Day (8:30am to 5pm) delivery fee will be waived for each order totalling more than S$500.

Note: Delivery into customer's premise shall be at the sole request of the respective customer, and  we shall not be responsible for any damages within the premises.

  1. b) Customers will be allowed to select delivery time slots, after which our processing team will revert with the nearest available date of delivery.
  2. c)If customer fails to receive the goods on the specified date/time, he/she has the option to do a self-collection at our warehouse or pay a re-delivery fee as per the fee table above.

 

FAQ - Delivery

What if no one was at the delivery address during the confirmed timing & date?

Customers can choose to do a self-collection at our warehouse or designated address or pay a re-delivery fee as per the fee table above.

 

Exchange Policy

We take great pride in ensuring that our products are of great quality and condition.

You may exchange the items within 5 days in the following cases:

  1. a) You have received a defective item
  2. b) There is an error in the item you received based on your order placed

Please note that you must keep the product(s) in the state when you received.

We will deliver and exchange the items at our cost.

Return/exchange will not be accepted other than those stated above.

 

FAQ - Exchange

After using a product, I find that it's not what I want. Can I return it?

We do not accept returns once the product has been opened and used.

 

The product is damaged. Can I exchange it?

You can exchange the product if the product is already damaged when delivered to you. We will bear the delivery cost and replace with a new product. In the event that the damaged item is no longer available, we will advise you to replace with another product.

 

I broke the goods but I've never used it. Can I return it?

We will only accept exchange if the goods are already broken when it reaches you. We do not accept exchange or return otherwise.

 

I do not need an item anymore, can I return it and get a refund?

Item(s) are non-refundable once sold. We will allow exchanges according to the exchange policies.

 

What is your Warranty terms and conditions?

Unless otherwise specified in writing by Seller, the items sold by Seller shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of  12 months from the date of invoice subject to Buyer’s compliance with applicable warranty conditions as provided by Seller.

For purchases amount below $300.00 (excluding GST), standard warranty of 12 months applies. For amount above $300.00 (excluding GST), 18 months of standard warranty applies. 

If engaged our installation services, warranty will be 2 years from date of completion of installation.

 

The above warranty given by Seller shall not apply to defects resulting from:

1) wilful damage or negligence;

2) normal wear and tear;

3) misuse or abuse of the Equipment;

4) modifications or alterations made by Buyer or a third party without Seller’s consent;

5) failure of Buyer to maintain environmental conditions in accordance with Seller’s instructions, including,

but not limited to, adequate electrical power, temperature and humidity control;

6) customized equipment manufactured by third parties for incorporation into the item and for resale to Buyer except that Buyer shall be entitled to the benefit of any warranty or guarantee given by such third party manufacturers; and

7) causes beyond Seller’s reasonable control.

 

Seller’s obligation under the warranty herein shall be limited to:

1) replacement of the defective parts and components upon confirmation by Seller and supply within Singapore basis;

2) The foregoing warranties shall not include freight, import taxes, duties for the replacement of any Items or parts, costs of labour or travel time and expenses incurred for the performance of any warranty at Buyer’s site. Any and all such costs shall be borne by Buyer.

3)All warranties, conditions or other terms implied by statute or common law, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability
